If you look at the tracking information, it says this— “We attempted to deliver your item at 2:56 pm on March 3, 2022 in ______ and a notice was left because no secure delivery location was available. You may arrange redelivery by using the Schedule a Redelivery feature on this page or may pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the notice” Are you able to reschedule a delivery?

helenmiller540 @lillyb2021 I got the note they left in my mailbox. It said it was a large envelope with a postage due of $18.80. Why would it be a postage? I plan to stop by the post office today after work to see what’s going on. If there is a postage due I will just have it returned to you and get a refund for the purchase

helenmiller540 @lillyb2021 Hello, they said it was sent in the wrong envelope. It was sent in an Express envelope and you paid for a priority envelope. The difference is $18.80. I do not want to pay $18.80 more for the charm unless I am going to get reimbursed. They said a have 14 days to decide if I want to send it back. Do you want to pay $18.80? If not I will send it back and you can refund what I paid for the charm. 🤷🏾‍♀️ 😕
