catlovernj I realized I packed the wrong coat; I’m so sorry! I do have the coat you ordered. I went to list the other coat, and realized, OMG! I really made a mistake! In my haste I failed to realized I was packing the wrong coat...Whatever I can do to make right....

catlovernj @hbvsully Yes, I will do that. I’ve just asked Posh support how to do that... I’m not sure I need to create a new listing or whether they can issue a new shipping label (this has never happened before.).
