Hello there! I see that you may have accidentally left me a one star rating saying that you like the boots but have not worn them yet. Is there anyway you could please change your rating? I was hoping you could please revisit your 1 star rating of your purchase as you commented that you liked the boots. I promptly responded 4x to your concerns about shipping. I shipped the same day. You did not raise any concerns in the 3 day window you had to accept the purchase. A 1 star rating is very damaging to me, especially leading up to the holiday season.
