ejmojica123 Although the bag i purchased has no tears or odors it did have dirty marks on the back of the bag (I have pictures as proof) and there was a cluster of hair at the bottom of the bag. Hardware is worn. It's completely false that the bag is NEW and that you listed it as such (tag wasnt even attached). Luckily w a wet wipe I was able to get marks out. I should file claim but I love the color so much and wanted the original size Ella tote to alternate with my Small Ella that I AM going to keep it.
