eczey Hi Helen, your order was returned to me today. I’m not sure what went wrong. The address I printed was Chalmette,La Your profile states Ringgold , Ga. I would like to get your package out to you ASAP. I will contact Poshmark about this error. On my sales it stating the package was delivered. It’s not stating it was returned to sender. I will get in touch with Poshmark. I’m sure Poshmark will reach out to you. I’m so sorry about this.

eczey @boazmomma42 I’ve had another customer who had the exact address issue. In order for me to mail your package to you, you will need to contact Poshmark so Poshmark can change your address for a new shipping label to be sent to me. I have notified Poshmark on my end. I have sent your name, your order number, your closet name, and description what has taken place. I’m waiting on Poshmark response. I’ll keep you posted.😊

eczey @boazmomma42 Hi Helen, I am so sorry. I checked my inventory. Your returned package is sitting on my inventory shelf. I am so sorry. I missed the updated address. I rechecked the status. I’m so confused about the delivery status and your payment from Poshmark. The update is showing the package was delivered(not true) and the update shows your funds have been deposited into my account when you haven’t even received your package. This is not fair to you nor right.

I brought to their attention that on their site the status for your order stated delivered and your funds had been place in my account while your order in my possession.
