hlm13 Hi! I'm new to this and couldn't see where to send you a private message I'm still figuring out how this all works - this is basically the message I sent customer support: I'm sad to say when I opened the box and took out the right shoe I saw the footbed is unglued from the sole all around the toe as well as back along the heel on the outer edge.

hlm13 I just checked the left shoe and it's happening there, too. I can send back for refund or if you want to knock the price down I can keep them and try to fix them. Aside from the soles falling off, they're perfect. :(

hlm13 @amandamadden Hey, I heard back from customer service and it was kind of a form letter saying they've approved the return, but not acknowledging the other email I'd sent stating we wanted to work it out at another price. So, I wrote them again to ask for that and to see if they could help reset the price to be charged to my card. Have you heard anything on your end?

amandamadden @hlm13 no I haven't gotten a reply to the email I sent either. Hopefully we can work it out or if it gets to be too much trouble you can send them back 😕. The only email I got was that they have had to many emails and will get back to me soon.

hlm13 @amandamadden Well, damn. I got their "we're so busy" response too when I contacted them to say we had come to an agreement and I didn't want to return them. I've already glued them and wore them to work the other day. On the way home, the right sandal came unglued in a new spot, so really, I think there's a manufacturing defect in these particular sandals.
