Revive garments are certified refurbished to the highest quality with a trackable QR code hang tag on each piece. Did you know brands often dispose or offload slightly damaged items, even if those damages are totally fixable? Revive's goal is to change that through our bulk garment refurbishment service for pre-consumer apparel. The items we take in are slightly damaged from in-store try-ons, returned damaged merchandise, or factory defects – all of these units are first-hand, new items that we are refurbishing to top quality for sale. mmacvenn @laurenvaughn10 I did g wet a second package that had two of the blouses but not the dress. As benefit of the doubt, I did a second order of a dress and a sweater. It came with the dress, but not the sweater. They are both under review.

carlsonsillstc I also placed a bundle order for 3 items and only received 2 of them. I've ordered multiple times from this posher and have not have issues before. I'm hoping to get this resolved!

kvictoriadavis None of my 20+ orders from this closet came with “a trackable QR code.” None of them were even remotely refurbished or “revived.” Several garments had stains, and many had been worn and not cleaned before being sent to me, with creases from wear and considerable amounts of human and pet hair. I received a leather jacket with extensive undisclosed damage, a white silk blouse with undisclosed blue ink stains, items in the wrong color, and even a completely different garment once.
