artchantments Thank you for buying the Desigual Coat. I brought it to the post office on 11/28 and the USPS tracking number is 9405511202061427568574. I’m trying to track it for you and it says it hasn’t left the post office yet. I will keep you posted!

There is no record of being in transit but they say due to covid-19 and the holiday influx of packages, it may be late to ship, or may be lost. I am so sorry this happened. First time this has happened to any of my shipments and I'm very upset. Hopefully you will get it soon, but I understand if you want to cancel the order.

artchantments @hend_kamel10 I filed a complaint with the USPS, since they cannot locate the package and they are doing an investigation. I think we should cancel the order because I have a feeling it is lost. I'm very sorry this has happened. I really wanted you to have the coat!

artchantments @hend_kamel10 I just received confirmation that the coat was found and is on it's way to you. I see you cancelled the order though, do you still want it? You should receive it today by the end of day or tomorrow latest. There have been major delays with shipments by USPS because of the whole Covid situation! SO sorry for the delays!

artchantments I am so happy you got the coat!!! Does it fit? The coat is so special to me, I really wanted it to go to the right owner. Poshmark won't allow you to pay me outside the APP, so I can write them and tell them to release a payment. I will keep you updated and give you a heads up if and when they do.
