I've been looking for this belt like crazy, I moved recently and could not find a lot of the sellable stuff I packed and I have a feeling it's in one of my boxes in storage! 😭💔 is it okay if I message you the moment I find it if you're still interested? I'll even sell it cheaper to make up for this and I won't stop searching. SO sorry girl. As for now I think I must figure out how to refund you in the meantime😟

I looked at the other items, including the peacock kimono, and would prefer to proceed with your offer to return the YSL kimono minus the fees associated with the transaction. herlys @mhines5 Hi: I just picked up the bag and is is very nice. There is one issue though, there is a malfunction in the the clasp that is supposed to hold the beautiful GG buckle to the bag. It almost looks as if the metal thing that is attached to the bag (not the GG part) is missing a small part. I am going to try to take it to the gucci store today for them to let me know if it can be fixed. Otherwise, it will just hang somehow loose without being properly attached. will keep you posted.

mhines5 @herlys oh no! It was working before I boxed it up???!?!?! I know that it has minor flaws but honestly never noticed that cause it always worked before. My gma said Gucci will always replace any parts or anything for free so yes, pls keep me posted! I'm so sorry about that, as I would have put in description but it was working before. herlys @mhines5 I took the bag to Gucci and they need to send it to the factory to assess if it can be repaired & the cost. Sadly, it is not free. I have the paperwork from Gucci to share with you. They could not give me an estimate of the repair on the spot (it takes around 2 weeks) but after some research in the purse forum, repairs can cost around $200. I think that since this was unexpected for you as a seller and I am interested in the bag , the fair thing is to split the repair cost.

mhines5 @herlys yes, very unexpected as I was completely unaware...I have not had any issues previously so am I am also unaware how this works. I know that I let the purse go for almost 100 less and it's worth even more. Would it be best just to send the purse back? I feel as though this is a burden and I dont want a customer to be unsatisfied.

herlys @mhines5 I gave it to Gucci to send to the factory (the paperwork I want to send you) but they will not complete the repair without me authorizing the cost they will quote. It is not going to be functional without the clasp and I thought it was the best thing to do, at least to see if it can be repaired. It will not be in “sellable” condition the way it is as items can fall out of the bag without it closing properly.

herlys @mhines5 I know you gave me a discount from the listing price but this is an issue that sadly makes the purse not being functional and was unexpected. It is best to get it repaired (if it can be repaired at all). I am willing to go through the trouble and expense as I think the purse it is worth saving
