I’m so sorry the sweater you bought didn’t fit, unfortunately I have no recourse with Poshmark as this is their policy. This is why I include measurements in the listing. There was no intent to hide or deceive you in any way. I want to keep my customers coming back to my Posh site as repeat buyers.
