thekatspajamas 💕💕@funky_cole I just learned the earrings arrived damaged, This is troubling. I always package the jewelry items in bubble wrap as well as a small bubble wrap bag that is then put inside a larger bag & marked PLEASE HAND CANCEL. I’m sorry the earrings you ordered are unwearable. Please contact Poshmark & put in for a refund. They will email you a return label to send the earrings back to me & issue you a complete refund. Again, please accept my apology. 💕💕

thekatspajamas @funky_cole Once an item is put in the USPS mail I have no control of how long it takes. There have been extended times on packages arriving all over the country. It is terribly annoying & frustrating to say the least. It’s unfortunate you experienced the long delay. You would receive refund of the cost of the earrings & the shipping. Blaming me for the delay in receiving your order is misplaced. This is the best I can do. 😻Kat - thekatspajamas
