dschrief1 when you receive and accept an offer on any item, poshmark will automatically apply that person's payment method to your item and the sale will be final. Then you will be emailed a shipping label! At no point will you be able to see the person's payment info. Likewise, if you purchase something, the seller can't see yours. hope this helps :)

natural88 Hello I just wanted you to be updated in reference to the white rabbit scarf with the pom-poms. I scheduled a pick up from the US PS days ago and they did take that item but it seems like for some reason it hasn't been scanned in yet so I'm trying to figure out what has happened to the package. I will continue to keep her updated as soon as I know more information. Sorry for any inconvenience.

hilbrew33 @matana could i bother you with a question? Ive had an order and no label was sent also when i try to download label or resend a new one it says failed try again later. Have you heard of this before by chance? Also should I ship it myself?

matana I;m confused, is there or isn't there a label? check your sales list, it should show the sale. if it doesn't , it could be that the transaction wasn't completed for some reason. if you are not sure, just sent a message to poshmark with a screen shot. Also send a message to buyer to notify her there an issue and shipping will be delayed of transaction didn't go through.

hilbrew33 @matana the sale went through its a problem on poshmarks end 😢 they emailed me saying they are trying to fix it. Thank you for responding to me they are having a problem sending out shipping labels i guess

matana @hilbrew33 In that case, simply let the customer know there is a delay that will be resolved by poshmark. I wouldn't worry about it.
