milehighmoda Hi HIlary, I just realized after I shipped your Snowboard boots that one of the insoles was not replaced in the boot after cleaning. I have your shipping address from the label of the order. I will stick the insole in the mail today or tomorrow, so it may arrive one day after the boots. My apologies!
