Hello, I noticed you left a lower rating on an a pair of vintage Prada sandals you purchased due to item “cleanliness” that I described as well-loved, in fair condition, in need of cleaning, and with multiple photos showing wear. They were priced low due to this. Please elaborate on what additional would have helped with this transaction. Thank you.
