sorry your order didn't meet your expectations. You ordered the 21st it was mailed the 22nd. Once it leaves my mailbox i have no control over shipping time.
The top had been washed so if you can be specific as to how it was not clean would be appreciated. I have never recieved a 1 star review ever as i don't sell that type of product.
