@rainydayspour - Thanks so much! I'm actually currently stuck in "identity verification" purgatory and I'm getting super stressed about it. Do you have any guidance here? Do you know how long identity verifications usually take? I'm scared they're going to cancel a dress order I managed to place before they asked for the verification. Thank you!

@hillsk8 it usually only takes a day or two has it been longer? Contact poshmark support they'll be able to assist you better.

@rainydayspour - I submitted my info for the verification on Tuesday night, so it's been almost 48 hours. If it clears up tonight, that's fine. I did email support twice yesterday. I've heard nothing, unfortunately. I'm glad this is something you've heard of tho!

@hillsk8 yes just email the seller on the product well not email just comment and tell her you intend on buying the dress, people here on poshmark definitely understand. ♥️ Poshmark has a "new" email system so unfortunately it may take a little while longer.
