hiranialuzardo I don’t know yet if the shoes are fixable at this point. I don’t really know what to do. The other think that we can do is applying the credit that you want to give me to another of your Tamara M. shoes… just to make sure that they don’t have any issue.

hiranialuzardo @aliceiswright Hi Alice, I got the shoe today from the repair service and unfortunately they couldnt fix the bent heel. They were able to glue the top but the heel is broken inside. I hate that I couldnt fix the issue and keep the shoes. I ll be returning on Monday. I am sorry that you couldnt complete your sell.
