hirokotakeuchi @ddaley1082 I have already contacted Customer Service, and they explained to me as following: If USPS is requiring additional postage, your seller may have shipped your item in the wrong type of packaging or the package may be overweight. But I don’t know. I got the money back for extra shipping cost as credit so it’s all good now.
