splendorrose @heatherritchie I just print out the packing slip from my email. It was whatever address you entered here on the website. Log into your account and check your address. Whatever dress you have is the address the packing slip would have been. I've never had this happen before, So I'm sure I'll just have to repack the item and POSHMARK will have you double check your address and update it so I can print a new packing slip. I just wanted to reach out to you-Pam

You put your address as a highway with no House number. The postal service was unable to deliver to the address you provided. Hopefully you can update your address soon, and I can re-ship. Thanks. splendorrose @heatherritchie I emailed poshmark customer service a few days ago on your behalf. I am waiting to hear back from them. I receive a packing slip via email when an item sells. I print the shipping label and wrap the order and send it. There is no way for me to receive an updated shipping label to my email without poshmark buying a new shipping label from USPS.

splendorrose @heatherritchie poshmark has the order number as well as the original shipping label. And am waiting to hear back from them so hopefully I can print an updated shipping label and resend . The address you provided shows the name of a highway. There is no house number 😢 I’m sure it was a simple overlook. Hopefully I’ll hear from poshmark by tonight

splendorrose @heatherritchie if you like I can drop the package at the post tomorrow. But the shipping label I have was marked return to sender address undeliverable. So I would imagine it would be returned to me again unless I receive an updated shipping label from poshmark

splendorrose Did you update your shipping information? Or was the address correct? Can you send poshmark an email so they can send a new packaging slip to me? Or if your shipping address was correct I will drop the box at the post office tomorrow with the original postage. Which was marked return to sender by your mailman as undeliverable. I figured you had accidentally put your address wrong? Let me know what you would like me to do? Poshmark has not sent me a new packaging slip.

splendorrose @heatherritchie it does say 56! I have not heard back from poshmark customer service. Poshmark purchases the shipping label through usps and emails the seller once an item ships a printable postage pdf. The postage I printed has the same address you entered in your shipping info of your page

splendorrose @heatherritchie unless poshmark customer service edits your address and emails me a new shipping label I only have the original postage on your package which was shipped to you, and then marked as undeliverable by usps and shipped back to me

splendorrose @heatherritchie i can try and resend your package with the original postage, but it’s not guaranted usps will take it since that postage barcode was already shipped cross country twice and I would assume the box needs an updated shipping label...

splendorrose As a selle, I print out the postage label from my email. POSHMARK the company emails me a shipping label, Postmark uses the payment method and shipping address you provide to purchase postage from USPS, POSHMARK then email the seller (ME) a shipping labelto print out. POSHMARK will have access to your personal address and information. your address.
