holleywolfe @calvinchalupa how did you get through to them? I’m trying myself but their customer service seems to be bullshit. I leave the country next week for a month and worries I’ll miss them. 😭 can’t even send a message because the required subject field takes me to a q&a page 😤

calvinchalupa @holleywolfe I left sent them an email. I have never received one back yet. They usually get back in a day! Idk what is going on. This has never happened to me before! They are usually ontop of everything. We both can clearly see they have the item for authentication. It must be because of Christmas. I will go back in my emails and see if I missed their reply. Ughh

calvinchalupa @holleywolfe they did reach out TODAY! I replied telling them that you were leaving the country for a month next week and you were concerned you will miss the delivery! Hopefully they will speed it up. They did say they were backed up. Grrrr 😖
