shelly6312 Hi .. the Aveda items you purchased were purchased by another posher ... posh did NOT mark it sold ! I have sent a message to customer service about their mistake . I am very sorry ! I have no idea what happened and why it was never marked sold. The other posher purchased before you do to be fair I had to send to her . I do hope Poshmark contacts you and admits the mistake .
