Hi! I’m Holli. I love Poshmark and my fellow Poshers!
A quick note: All my fellow Poshers! When you list pants or jeans could you please list, of course, the size! But also super important to petite ladies like me, could you please specify the length/inseam and the rise which would be low rise, super low rise, mid-rise, high rise and then some brands say ‘regular rise’ which I would think sits right at the waist. Very confusing but super important when selling pants/jeans. I am always on the lookout for jeans that are size 27 waist (6), 31” inseam (petite/short) and low rise. Also workout leggings, preferably Lululemon, I wear size 6, I like the 7/8 length and need the older styles with a low rise! Thank you all and Happy Poshing!!!

@shaynight Actually I bought a LV wallet from @lilymorr62 and now all her listings are gone including my purchase. Will not let me message her and I have a bad feeling. The listing showed a black gloved hand holding the wallet. Any ideas? I emailed Posh customer service and voiced my concern.

@bookwitch1970 Posh removed the closet because of counterfeit goods. When they remove these scammer closets it's my understanding you can't message them. I would still try to contact Poshmark support and explain you know it is fake and ask them to cancel the order. Sometimes even though the closet is gone, Posh allows them to mail the item, which is ridiculous. If that is the case, you have 3 days to send it back. The black or white glove is one indication of it being a Chinese fake. BUT...

@bookwitch1970 Like the scammer I was warning you about, he is copying photos from authentic bags and wallets, usually already sold. The one I told you about the wallet was copied from the closet, theclassicposh and sold for $675. Check it out and you'll see it is the same wallet you liked.

@shaynight Poshmark needs to do something more drastic to stop these people! Also I contacted support about the whole issue, I bought a wallet, now no items in her closet and she is unreachable, @lilymorr62, is the seller. Now it’s just a waiting game. Check her out and see what you think please?

@bd8111 I see a lot of designer bags, shoes, so seemingly yes. Monetarily speaking, idk. I wonder. I’m a bit concerned that at a certain price point you price out so to speak. I noticed that someone offered you 800 for the coat. Good example. I mean you can deal with that for general items but designer, luxury items? I just don’t know. I have seen Prada, Fendi, Versace but smaller, less expensive items. BUT we are talking 100-200-300 dollars, totally diff than 1500-3000, you know?

I don’t think I would post my fur coat here if I wanted to sell it and I don’t know your age but a lot of luxury items are falling out of fashion with the millennials and the generations beneath them even more so.

Well that shows that you are correct, just have to play the waiting game and hopefully the right buyer that is usually a ‘collector’ and very knowledgeable about their items sees the listing. Posting on multiple platforms would probably be a good idea. More exposure.

@bookwitch1970 I bought my house in 1984 and have been collecting stuff all my life...just started parting with things through Poshmark 3 years now and my house looks more cluttered now then before...I keep telling myself "I am NOT a hoarder"...LOL...don't talk about books, I inherited my Mom's books and have piles to go through...
