jctilton10 Hi Sarah, I just received the Burberry bag so I'm trying to figure out how to release your refund. (I think they hold it until I confirm receipt? I’ll send a note now.) I'm so sorry this was such a mess! I’m always forthcoming about flaws, so if I ever re-list, will note that the clasp was replaced, among the other items. I’m sending bag to Burberry for competent repairs.

jctilton10 I guess I hadn’t looked closely at the buckle, and was genuinely surprised by the staple. It's almost like the leather was cut & then stapled. I used the purse for a short time, and it was at my sister's apt for a few years. I'm beginning to suspect a former roommate of hers who did a lot of borrowing & ruining… None of this is your issue but I want you to know I wasn’t trying to pull anything over on you! (I’m just really unobservant, apparently.) I hope you find the perfect bag!

Snapped pics answered questions bc there is no date code as this was an insert for an LV bag that someone sold alone. My reputation on Posh is stellar. I DO NOT Sell replicas or fakes. Posh does not allow such things.
