helen_daniels Ms Poshner you’re not responding to my complaint about the red clog shoes I purchased on Dec 2 n wore on the weekend I came from church bare feet the bottom cane off the shoes this is bad business I at least deserve a expkanation !! I spent my money!!😩

h_roddenberry @helen_daniels excuse me, but this is the first I am seeing of your complaint. There is no comment on the original post, and no other conversation history. I’m very sorry that you had an issue, however, the shoes were in perfect condition when you received them. I’m not sure how that would have happened.

helen_daniels This is the second complaint I just wore them yesterday! They looked very good but as I wore the the bottom cane off I can send pics of them I have no reason to lie! I was never do ashamed. All I I know is I payed 33.00 for shoes I really couldn’t afford n to get no service out of them. I guess this treacle’s me a lesson. I want my money back! I can even mail them to you. I certainly can’t use them!!!

h_roddenberry @helen_daniels I’m really sorry. I can’t issue a refund. I had no way of knowing that would happen. I am not accusing you of lying, but I also know how I sold the shoes, and in no way was there an indication of that happening.
