deeggo I am so sorry that your camo hat hasn't arrived. I mailed it from work earlier this week yet it is not showing on Poshmark as scanned yet from the post office. I have opened a case to find out how to resolve this. I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience and will let you know when I hear more. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding.

deeggo Well...still no update from the post office so I have put another in the mail. It leaves my work around 4:00. Hopefully this one gets there. If you end up with two eventually then you have a gift for someone! Cross your fingers...this is just so odd. Thanks for your patience. Deanna

deeggo @hgldavidson I am so glad it finally got there! I wonder which one it is! Like I said you may end up with two.. so just keep both if that happens. I was so worried bc I try to mail items within 24-48 hrs. So happy you like it. It's one of my favorites.😉

deeggo @hgldavidson that makes sense! I am confused bc I think the other hat went to someone who should have received black pants. She has a ticket open with me. Would you please open a case with Poshmark and let them know I mailed a second hat which you received and then the message you got. You can tell them I think it is related to a customer who said she got the wrong item. I am so sorry to pull you into this. Did you ever get black pants? If not let them know. Thank you!

deeggo I am so sorry but Poshmark will not release payment for your hat. They said you need to contact them. I apologize. Would you please open another case with them and let them know you received your hat? Sorry for this mess. Thank you for all of your help. Deanna
