poshome Hello! You purchased two items from me over the weekend. I dropped them off at the post office on Monday but just got a notification from Poshmark that the package has not started tracking. I'm not sure what is going on, but I reported the issue to Poshmark and will follow up with you when I find something out. I'm very sorry for the delay!

poshome @starcrazed143 I am just so sorry about this delay. I got notification from Poshmark that they gave a new shipping label to the person who incorrectly received your purchased items. So, that person is supposed to repackage and ship them to you. I don't know if you have already been notified of this, but thought I'd let you know what I know. Again - I'm so sorry!

I think that you are allowed to cancel your order after some period of time, but I don't know how to call it other than that! Here is the tracking number of the package: 9405511202061836104448. Poshmark asked me to let them know if it hasn't started tracking by November 28th. I just hope she sends it soon!

Poshmark and I both reminded the person who received your items to send them to you with the pre-paid shipping label, but she has not done so, yet. If you are able and want to cancel your order, I completely understand. Is that an option on your end?

poshome @starcrazed143 On my end it says I cannot cancel the order once it has "shipped", which apparently means when the label is created. I'll send PM an email to see if they will cancel since it is getting ridiculous.

poshome @starcrazed143 Hi! I heard back just now and they didn't answer my question about cancelling the order but said that the package started tracking and is supposed to arrive tomorrow. Once you receive it, I think you can choose to return or keep it. I'll see what the options are on my end once it has arrived. It seems like options are limited when the item is still "in transit".
