minniemouseee34 @hollydelr it’s about 3 years old and just sat in my jewelry box . I went to the pandora here broke shipping & they said I needed an appointment for cleaning & since It was purchased at J.Davids jewelry I would have to pay. I haven’t had to do that for other things pandora I own, so I think she was just in a bad mood.

minniemouseee34 Where I live now, there is no J.Davids. I tried to polish it with my cloth from James Avery & it got a lot of dust and added more shine to it, I’ve only had that and three other charms and mine were all that equal in color! Please let me know if here is anything I can do, I assume it just needs a professional polish!
