The fabric was designed to have a faded worn look. If you feel there is additional staining or marking from wear rather than the factory-made distressing, I would have (or am if still possible) been happy to accept a return over a bad review. cseigbatey Hey holly hopefully the purse is finally on its way. I am super sorry. I shipped it on the first which Is the day you bought it. I hand carried it into the post office and verified everything was good. According to the records the purse sat at my post office for two days- which is how long it should have take. To get to you. I am very frustrated with the post office. They lost another purse which I bout from another seller.
