hollysmurray @ajcook50 Hi Amanda, I think I reached out to you once before . Anyway having mostly a great experience on posh however I just received a one star rating on a pair of sandals. Have had only 5 stars up to now with many sales. I’m baffled as to her response. Also do I have any recourse or do I just absorb and carry on. The sandals were not worn or expensive just had a distressed look. Thanks

ajcook50 @hollysmurray hi Holly Is completely understand your frustration . My first 1 star review was devastating. I used to get so worked up over them. There really is nothing you can do about it. Ultimately I realized that even if their was absolutely nothing wrong with your product or service you'll just sometimes get those people who aren't going to be happy. I one time got a 1 star for the box looking like USPS beat it up a few times.

ajcook50 It was a pair of earrings and I wrapped them up tight in bubble wrap. I asked her if the earrings were okay and that I was sorry about how USPS handled the package. She said oh no the earring are great your packed them up tight....she kept it at 1 star lol. Ultimately though it doesn't matter that much. No one sees comments for anything but a 5 * review and 1 here and there is going to happen but it really doesn't affect your stats, sales or how people perceive the items your selling.

ajcook50 The only thing it really does is just irritate you. So you learn to let it go and say oh well and try to move on the the next customer and do the best you can.
