suzie_sunshine2 Good morning, This is Suzan Wyatt. I purchased the patriotic top from you last week. It is lost somewhere in the Memphis processing center. I spoke with the post office this morning and are having it traced. It came to Shreveport on the 20th, but instead of delivering it, the top was shipped back to Memphis. I will update you as soon as I hear back from the post office. Suzan

suzie_sunshine2 @hollyhocks77 I have started the tracking process. The USPO said I would be sent an update on the package within 24 hours. I will forward it to you. It’s not your fault. I had a shipped package get lost and was never found. It was scanned in the processing center and disappeared. One of the joys of shipping packages.

The top left Memphis this morning and is being shipped to Shreveport (again—no answer on why it was returned to Memphis instead of being deliver). The USPO promised an update within 24 hours yesterday morning, but no reply yet. Hopefully I will receive it in the next day or so. Thanks

suzie_sunshine2 @hollyhocks77 Morning, I had a call from the POST OFFICE which tells me they know nothing about the package. He suggested the sender file a request for tracking instead of me. He THINKS it is in Memphis and has never left. The package you shipped it in was scanned and then placed in a container. The container arrived in Shreveport, but with out the package in it. He had very little to share that was helpful. Can you request tracing from your end? Thanks
