shackadoodle @corademere as far as I know I can't send an offer that lowers the price of shipping. and if I make an offer and am charged the higher shipping, I'm obligated to buy it. the only way I've bought things is when the seller sends me the offer with lower shipping. idk how to do a lot of things in PM. 😀
