journalista77 @hkincaid82 Hi there! I just wanted to let you know I packaged up your items and they were supposed to have been picked up on Saturday 4/21. For some reason your package was not picked up by USPS and is not tracking. I have filed a complaint with the Post Office and I hope to resolve the issue today. journalista77 @hkincaid82 Hi there! Your items have started tracking. As you can see the shipping label was created the same day you ordered and it was picked up by USPS the very next day. I have a confirmation email that the package was picked up so the delay must have been at the sorting center. I have filed a complaint with USPS. This was the second package in as many days that they misplaced! My apologies for the delay and I hope you enjoy your items when they arrive in a couple of days. Best Juniper

shchapman Hi Hollie you just purchased some Athleta pants for me and while packing I noticed there was a small what appears to be a mark on the back lower towards the ankle area and I have no idea where it came from. I wanted to let you know if you want me to cancel I will if you want to make A lower offer I will. However that is the only flaw and these are very very nice pants so I won’t go too low
