venicegirl4 @violet813 hmm...I received a notice from Support that said the case was closed seller agreed to return...I’m not sure...maybe if you reach out to support to ask, it might take a period of time for them to issue the credit...? I am unsure...first time I’ve been down this road. 😕 Send an inquiry to Support and ask. Let me know if you need me to do anything from my end. As you saw I asked they issue you a refund...? Let’s see what else we can do...
