shopwithkasey Hi! So I am NOT happy with PM! I submitted request to "join our conversation", & after HOURS with no response, I then also submitted a request form via customer service. They emailed me back for add'l info; I explained what was going on, asked them to please read our detailed conversations, that we were BOTH in agreement & very cordial about doing a return. Their response was that we were past the 72hr window & therefore there was nothing they could do. I don't think they read our notes!

I have next week off from one of my bad jobs so I can re-group, job hunt and attend to my 87 yr old father who recently had 2 small strokes. I'm the closest living relative - we lost mom 16 yrs ago to cancer :( - so he needs me a lot too. Good news is I'll be able to get to the PO asap.
