Holly I am so sorry for this! I requested a new shipping label to be sent to you so you can return the item that was not supposed to be sent to you. Again I’m so sorry, I accidentally printed a second copy of the shipping label that was meant to be yours for someone else.

@royaterzian - I've just sent Poshmark another message. I've tried to click "accept" so you are paid but I get the message "Sorry, you cannot receive this order because there is an open support case. Please contact support to release the seller's earnings" (this is odd because the case is marked closed). I have the return shipping label and will send the package ASAP. I'll let you know when they respond!

@royaterzian hey! So sorry for the delay on this. I don’t have a printer and was planning to use the one at work to print the return label, but with Ontario’s new lockdown I’m not allowed in. I’m seeing if someone else can print it for me and I can pick it up. One way or another, I’ll get it in the mail for you tomorrow!
