memriesthatrock Hi! i just read that a button came of the flats you just received....i feel terrible. if you would like to cancel the order and keep the shoes I am more than happy to agree to this and use that money to repair your new shoes. I am so sorry this has happened.

hbrache Hi! I didn't mean for you to feel badly! I imagined it wasn't intentional since you obviously never wore the shoes. I was definitely bummed when it popped right off -- I'm going to use these as my wedding shoes. :) I don't know how to fix them myself. If you are okay with me canceling the order, I will do that! I'm new to poshmark, so I'm not sure how to cancel it.

Posh never responded to my email about this but I do want to make good because the shoes were brand new and should not have broken....not to mention how gracious you were.
