lacetoleather78 @hpasquale l've been a member for two years but have been working it more in the last year. There are a lot of U tube videos that are very informative as well! This is a very social App and one important aspect is to share your items up to several times a day, for them to be brought to the top of the search engine. hpasquale @lacetoleather78 have you ever had any problems with a buyer not accepting or releasing funds and not returning product either

lacetoleather78 @hpasquale I've had buyers not accept items but Poshmark will release the funds within 3 days, l believe. So either way you still get your money. l hope that answers your question.

lacetoleather78 @hpasquale if a buyer files a complaint about something, Poshmark will give you a chance to defend yourself, show pics ect. and then they either take your side and you get your money, or allow the buyer to return or sometimes will reimburse you both. l just had a package get lost in the mail recently and Poshmark reimbursed me and my buyer. So they are pretty easy to work with.

hpasquale @tdarcy61 you bought it 12 days ago. 6 days ago i took to post off Fri. 9/17 4:10p They closed at 4 so I put in drop box. She said they collect @ drop box at 4p on business days. She collected it Mon. 9/20 @4p. I’m sorry 4 delay. Called today as I do not see track show as it usually does, they said if bar has tape on it even if it’s clear tape can cause glare and not “track” but still get to you. Pls send me message if you don’t get it by Sat.

hpasquale @tdarcy61 posh created the label when you purchased it. That’s the day posh creates the label, not when I printed it or shipped it

hpasquale If not I will send posh a message and see what now. Your funds don’t release until it’s delivered so you don’t have to worry about that but I want to also know what happens to my stuff too. So frustrating

hpasquale @tdarcy61 if you click on your profile and scroll to bottom there is a “contact posh support” option. You can email them there and ask. I have never had this issue before. Im sorry
