bellavitacloset @mrsfender2020 - I got your rating. You purchased the items on a Friday and I shipped them on Saturday after I got out of work (the following day). The post office is closed Sunday so the tracking started Monday. It was shipped within 24 hours as indicated. Sorry for animal hair but 2 of the items were used (as indicated) and you got a total of 3 items in which I made only $7 (after giving you a deep discount) - I think you made out. Sorry you felt like I only deserved 2 stars.

And I don’t have an issue with it being shipped out as much as a week later, but if you have same day shipping in your description then you should keep your word!
