Hi Holly, you purchased a cardigan from me last week. I just wanted you to know I shipped your package last Thursday. I have contacted Poshmark to let them know as well as provide them a copy of the receipt. I'm very sorry for the delay- I wish I have an explanation to provide you. I know the holiday yesterday and the crazy Houston weather are not helping the circumstances. I will contact you when the tracing information updates. @heholmes4 Oh Great! Hmm... I wonder why it still shows that they haven't scanned it at the post office. How Odd! I keep getting all these email about "Final Warning- Please Ship ..." and I've already shipped all the packages. LOL. I'm really happy you already have it! ENJOY!

Hi Holly, The tracking information on your package still has not updated. Is there any way you can log into your account and confirm you received the sweater to Poshmark? I'm really confused as to why it is still showing that the item is not shipped. I've notified Poshmark but all the responses are automated. I'm hoping something can be done on your end to confirm it's already been delivered. I'm pretty sure this is counting against me in my "Days to Ship" rating.

@heholmes4 Hi Holly, all is good. It finally updated a couple days ago- it did effect my “average days to ship” rating and I don’t know how to fix that other than to ship all my orders out same day until it improves. Thanks so much for your help, I really appreciate it. Thank you for the 5-star rating! Enjoy your sweater!! PS check back in the next couple days, I’ll be listing some new items.
