I just bought beautiful diesel shoes from you but I checked the EU sizing chart and I may have gotten the wrong size - it is listed as women’s 7.5 but might men’s 7.5.
Will you please look under the purchase for my comment and double check for me; unfortunately they will be no use to me if they are men’s 7.5. I’m new here and don’t know if/ how we can cancel.
Plus, I hope we don’t have to cancel and they fit as women’s 7.5!:)

@jchere Dear Holman, I just looked at other diesel shoes and when it says US 7.5 EUR 40 that’s men’s sizing. Way way too big for me.
In women’s sizing the shoes I just bought from you would be size 9.5 and I can’t wear them.
Can we please cancel this purchase somehow?
