wegriswold Good morning, Nathan. I recently took a look at my most recent transactions and noticed that the Justin Python boots you had purchased from me had not made it to your address. Tracking indicates they had left the origin usps hub on 12/2/20 and that’s the last scan in the system. Even with the holidays, 2-3 priority mail should’ve made it to you by now. I am deeply sorry for the inconvenience. If you would like for me to open up a claim on your behalf, I absolutely would. Let me know.

wegriswold @gertrudesmith86 Good evening, Nathan. USPS will not open a case for priority mail items until 15 days after the ship date. That would put the earliest date to open a case at Dec. 17th. I will contact the origin hub in the town where I shipped it because I’ve often been able to enlist local USPS help for slow and/or lost parcels. I’ll let you know anything I find out. If it does show up on your end just let me know. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience.

wegriswold @gertrudesmith86 Hello, Nathan. Just letting you know I’ve enlisted the help of a postal worker in my local USPS branch. I’ve used them in the past to help me track down wayward parcels and they’ll do what they can. After the fifteenth day from shipping, I’ll also start a claim. As mentioned, I will keep you posted.
