I just received your rating and wanted to follow up to see what your dissatisfaction was in regards to - especially as you marked that everything needed to improve without any sort of elaboration. You received a new with tags sweater, carefully wrapped in tissue, shipped same day as your purchase, so I’m rather confused as to how the packaging, description, cleanliness, and ship time were not to your liking. Care to help me understand?
