hello hope! ...when i went to pack up the shoes u purchased, i realized one of the sparkle stones (super tiny ones) was covered over in factory glue...tried my best to lift it off but it had already muddied the stone. I myself would not want this item knowing this so i have successfully CANCELLED the transaction so u can be refunded. I REALLY FEEL BADLY & AM SORRY FOR YOUR INCONVENIENCE OVER THIS...a "first" for me. thanku for understanding...& merry Christmas :-)
