lovedandkurated Great! I’m glad you understand. I didn’t use any filters on the listing. I use 2 types of cameras for the wide shots it is with dslr and the close ups are iPhone, but both under studio lights. That’s why you see a change in color. That said I would say the closest actual color is the closeups on the last photos of the listing. It’s deeper neon orange. BEAUTIFUL on the slopes!

lovedandkurated @h_christy12 Hi Hope! I am packaging your coat, however I noticed that there are areas on the coat that faint dirt spots which can be cleaned that were missed when I listed the coat. Please note that it has not been worn or used since the photos were taken. I wanted to check with you about some options to make this right for you. CON’T

lovedandkurated @h_christy12 Option 1 - I can have it taken to the cleaners & cleaned before shipping out to you. This will be a slight delay in receiving. Option 2 - I can ship as is & include any item in my closet that is $15 - $20 to cover any dry cleaning expenses. Option 3 - I can cancel the order. Please advise as I want to ensure that you are happy. My sincerest apologies for this inconvenience as I did not notice the faint spots before.

lovedandkurated Hi Hope! I dropped off the coat with the cleaners and they said the coat would be ready by next Tuesday so I will send it out next Wednesday. It should arrive by end of this month. Btw. The cleaners is organic so no harsh chemicals will be used. Again thank you for your understanding. Should I get the coat back earlier I will update you. Cheers Kay
