Hi, Hope. I was just starting to wrap your gown & saw some snags near the back strap I had not noticed before. I always point these things out in the description, but somehow missed seeing this. Because of the location, could be from a hairbrush, or cat someone held over their shoulder. I'm so very sorry & will do what you wish: cancel, toss in a free item, or whatever. It still looks nice..just snags in that spot. Please advise...

I haven't heard from you, so I have decided to cancel the order and go ahead and mail the gown to you on my own without going through Posh.
