rar1121 Hi. I received the dress and it is beautiful BUT the box came partially soaked in oil (at least that is what it smells like and looks like) and unfortunately the dress smells of oil as well. I have pictures I can send you of the box. I'm assuming somewhere in transit it was dropped in an oil puddle somewhere. What can we do about this?

misshunterh @raroberts11 hey, I bet you could file a “claim” type thing with Poshmark and send them photos or something if you’d like to return it? I looked on the FAQ page and didn’t see anything about the package being damaged during transit, however, there is something about returns and it says the buyer can send information about why you wish to return it for a refund. I’m not sure what else to do! I can’t believe this happened.
