dean6231979 @irinahov The glasses just arrived. The left arm doesn't sit flush when open, and also jiggles as if damaged. I tried tightening the screw but it didn't fix problem. Going to take it by optometrist and see if it's a simple fix or permanent damage.

dean6231979 @irinahov I just left and they're not fixable. The spring inside the arm is broken and whole arm and spring would need to be replaced. I open to a partial refund or can just return them.
