mamat1001 @hunterg8 Hi. In reviewing posh policies the only way to return an item is if you did not accept the item so because the item was accepted you cannot open a case. If you want to look in my closet for anything else I will be happy to make it right by you. I am new on posh so I don’t want unhappy customers. Let me know Terri
