kaydalei Hunter I am so sorry that your shoes have issues. They appeared to be in a great shape when I bought them. I found this on their website, “All our styles are shoe repair friendly, which means that any local shoe cobbler in your area should be able to do repairs for you. There is no special trick to repairing or refurbishing your old Vogs. All of our retail locations carry spare Fluevog parts for repairs, contact them for help or to use their local shoe cobbler’s services.”.
