junkman56 @tarotvirgo my apologies I've been having problems with my phone I dropped a hammer on it.. I did get them measured they have elastic in the waste and not stretching them they measure 34" I didn't measure them stretched but I can if you like. They also have a draw string so they could pull up tighter if need be. I do apologize for all the delays. thank you for your patience and interest.
